For the moment, LeBron James "dodged a bullet," but he'll still miss the Los Angeles Lakers' next game.

The injury occurred in the third quarter of the Lakers' blowout win over the Warriors on Christmas Day. James was caught on camera saying he felt a "pop."
Moments after the Lakers announced the MRI results, James posted this on Twitter:

Dodged a bullet! Sheesh. 🙏🏾 to the almighty above! #BackInNoTime— LeBron James (@KingJames) December 26, 2018
In addition to playing in Sacramento on Thursday, the Lakers host the Kings on Sunday night.
Entering play Wednesday, the Kings sit 1.5 games behind the Lakers in the Western Conference standings, so they will have a chance to close the gap over the next few days. No LeBron in the lineup would go a long way to helping the Kings' chances.
