Plenty of Local Talent in U.S. Amateur at Pebble Beach

Stanford alum Tiger Woods still considers winning three straight U.S. Amateur titles in the mid 1990s one of his greatest golfing feats. On Tuesday, the 118th U.S. Amateur Championship teed off at Pebble Beach and Spyglass Hill with 312 competitors, including five from Stanford and three from Cal.
