Running While Pregnant

U.S. triathlete Gwen Jorgensen is training as hard as ever, despite being seven months pregnant. The Olympic gold medalist has vowed to keep up her regimen throughout her pregnancy. Jorgensen consulted her doctors, who said that as long as she doesn’t strain herself too hard, keeping active during pregnancy is perfectly fine for her health and the health of her baby. She made history during the 2016 Rio Olympics for being the first Team USA triathlete to win gold in the event.
