Steph Curry Selling Walnut Creek Home for $3.7 Million

Warriors all-star point guard Steph Curry is putting his Walnut Creek home on the market for a cool $3.7 million.

The two-time NBA MVP purchased the home last November for $3.2 million, so it appears he's hoping to make some extra cash from the sale.

Although the Currys are leaving Walnut Creek, they have no intention of leaving Contra Costa County. Curry, his wife Ayesha and their two children will be relocating to a 10,290 square foot home in Alamo, which they purchased for just under $6 million. According to Realtor, their new mansion boasts a billiard room and five — five! — fireplaces.

No word yet on if the elaborate playhouse Curry and Ayesha bought for daughter Riley at the Walnut Creek home will be going with them.

This marks the Curry family's second move in three years. In 2013, Curry bought a home in Orinda for $3.1 million.
