For the past three seasons, Chelsea Lane was an unsung hero for the Warriors. Lane didn't make headlines, but she was a big free agency loss for the champs.
Lane left the Warriors in July to take a similar position in Atlanta.
Nearly one month later, the Warriors are hiring Lane's replacement. The Warriors are finalizing a deal with physiotherapist Rick Celebrini to lead the Warriors' medical staff.
Confirmed: Warriors have selected Rick Celebrini to lead the sports medicine/physical performance department. He replaces Chelsea Lane, who last month joined the Hawks to remake those aspects in Atlanta.— Monte Poole (@MontePooleNBCS) August 8, 2018
