2 Lanes of SB I-680 Temporarily Closed to Traffic

One lane of southbound Interstate 680 in the Tri-Valley, which was closed overnight, reopened Monday morning, but another lane wasn’t expected to open until at least 3 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. Jodi Hernandez reports.
