20 Arrested During ‘Urban Shield' Protest

A total of 20 protesters were arrested Friday outside the “Urban Shield” event, the nation’s largest first-responder exercise, at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office said. Elyce Kirchner reports.
