49ers' Aldon Smith Arrested for Hit-and-Run, DUI, Vandalism: Santa Clara PD

San Francisco 49ers’ linebacker Aldon Smith was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on Friday on suspicion of hit-and-run, DUI and vandalism, Santa Clara police said. Smith apologized outside jail, but says it “wasn’t a DUI.” Chuck Coppola and CSN Bay Area’s Matt Maioocco report.
