49ers' Miller Pleads Not Guilty to Misdemeanor Vandalism

San Francisco 49ers fullback Bruce Miller pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor vandalism charge after a fight with his girlfriend at a bagel shop where he smashed her cell phone, the Santa Clara County District Attorney said. Robert Handa reports.
