800 Bikers Hoping to Break Guinness World Record

Hundreds of motorcycle riders met high in the Andes mountain range of Bolivia looking to set a record. Around 800 bikers gathered Saturday in the Bolivian city of La Paz to embark on a trip to the top of a mountain outside the city. They are hoping to break the world record for the largest biker meet-up at 15,000 feet above sea level. Bikers from about 15 different countries rode through La Paz before beginning their journey to the mountain peak, which is called La Cumbre. Event organizers said the motorcade also included the largest gathering of police officers on bikes. Around 142 police riders participated.
