9-Year-Old Oakland Boy Honored for Saving Toddler

An 9-year-old Oakland boy was honored for his quick thinking and heroic efforts after stopping a toddler from being hit by a truck at Manzanita Community Elementary School. Andres Palencia blew his whistle, making the car screech at a halt, stopping just two feet from the toddler.
