$4M Payout in Rohnert Park PD Abuse Case

A $4 million payout to the parents of a man who died during his arrest. The Rohnert Park Police Department’s own video appears to show officers ignored the man’s cry for help, when he said he couldn’t breath. That video is not yet available for us to show, but the parents sat down with NBC Bay Area Investigative Unit Reporter Jaxon Van Derbeken.
