‘Copious' Amount of Rain, Flooding is ‘March Miracle' for Bay Area, Meteorologists Say

The National Weather Service issued two flood warnings Friday for the Napa and Guerneville rivers, as radar tracked “copious” amounts of moisture moving swiftly throughout parts of the San Francisco Bay Area. Rob Mayeda, Stephanie Chuang and Anthony Slaughter reports.
