Almena Admits He Didn't Get Permits for Work at Ghost Ship

Ghost Ship warehouse master tenant Derick Almena admitted under cross-examination on Wednesday that he didn’t get permits for work he had performed at the building in Oakland’s Fruitvale district that was the site of a 2016 fire that killed 36 people. Melissa Colorado reports.
