Annual Gilroy Garlic Festival Begins Today

More than 100-thousand people are expected to attend the three day event. This afternoon the “Champions fo Charity” cook-off takes place. That’s a competition between four teams of South Bay first responders. All are trying to win three thousand dollars for the charity of their choice. There will be plenty of garlicky food, live cooking demonstrations and lots of family fun throughout the weekend.
