A Double Celebration: New Year and Legal Marijuana

For many people in the Bay Area, New Year’s Eve is a double celebration. The legalization of recreational marijuana in California takes effect at midnight Monday, and some at an Oakland dispensary are calling it the end of Prohibition. They are celebrating the new year and the changes it brings to California’s marijuana laws. Anser Hassan reports.
