Audit Finds ‘Mismanagement' in San Jose PAL

The San Jose City Council is deciding whether to accept a scathing audit of the Police Activities League after it found significant mismanagement by the league including not ensuring concession workers had passed T.B. tests and inadequate background checks of coaches.
