Baggage Tug Hits Delta Plane at SFO

Delta Airlines says a Cincinnati, Ohio-bound flight at San Francisco International Airport had to be deplaned after a baggage tug hit the aircraft. Passenger Bob Meyer talked to NBC Bay Area.
