“Knucklehead” Santa, Elf Bring Joy, Presents Back To Oakland Neighborhood

Seven years ago, on a whim, Alex Scott and Alan Smith, decided to dress up as “Knucklehead Santa” and “Chaz The Elf” and head back to their hometown. It was such a hit, they’ve been returning every year since.
