BART to Ask Voters to Pass $3.5B Bond for Upgrades

The problems with BART are not going away anytime soon. On Friday riders can expect more delays. And for months to come, Bay Area residents can expect a political battle as BART wants to ask for more public funding. Cheryl Hurd reports.
