President Barak Obama’s delivered a welcome surprise to same sex couples in his inauguration speech. The President made it clear gay rights will be a be part of his agenda during his second term. Frances and Jen Rainin-Stevens of San Francisco were pleasantly surprised. Jean Elle reports.
