Bay Area Womans ATT Bill Nearly Doubles

NBC Bay Area responds to a Santa Rosa woman who had a lengthy billing dispute with ATT. After her bill nearly doubled, she negotiated a new rate, back down near to where it was before. But when she got her next bill, the new rate wasnt reflected. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
