Bay Area Researchers Leading the Way in Concussion Treatment

The number of young athletes suffering from concussions is going up at an alarming rate, so much so that the Centers for Disease Control calls it an epidemic. A recent study found a 60% increase in youth athletes treated for traumatic brain injuries between 2001 and 2009.
