It's Better to Buy a Home Near a Trader Joe's: Report

A new report suggests prospective homebuyers are better off buying property near a Trader Joe’s than any other grocery store. According to an analysis by Attom Data Solutions, homeowners near the popular grocery store chain  have seen an average five-year home price appreciation of 67 percent compared to 52 percent appreciation for homeowners near Whole Foods’ locations.
