Big Rig Explodes, Leaks Fluid on I-680 in Walnut Creek

A big rig carrying gravel exploded and started leaking fluid on Friday morning on a busy highway in Walnut Creek, sending firefighters to quash small brush fires and health officials to inspect the fluid that was leaking from the truck. Four injuries were reported. Mike Inouye reports.
