Big-Rig Leaks Fuel on Southbound I-680 in Pleasanton

A big-rig leaking fuel has prompted the closure of one lane of southbound Interstate 680 and the Bernal Avenue off-ramp in Pleasanton Thursday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. Bob Redell reports.
