Busted Fire Hydrant Floods Busy Concord Intersection

It took East Bay firefighters about two hours early Wednesday to shut off water spewing 75 feet in the air from a sheared-off fire hydrant in Concord. Flooding was reported on Port Chicago Highway near East Olivera Road.
