California High-Speed Rail Authority officials proposed changes to the system in the Central Valley at a meeting Thursday and reaffirmed the state’s commitment to bring the bullet train to Southern California despite a dramatic revision to the business plan that sends the train to Northern California before it heads to the Los Angeles Area.
