California State Treasurer to Make ‘Big Announcement' on Wells Fargo in San Francisco

California’s State Treasurer said he will make a “big announcement” with regard to Wells Fargo on Wednesday on the heels of a scandal that revealed thousands of bank employees opened more than two million fraudulent consumer accounts to help meet sales goals. Sharon Katsuda reports.
