Caltrans Shuts Down Part of 101 to Stripe Median

Caltrans will close a portion of U.S. Highway 101 in Palo Alto from Tuesday to Sunday so crews can pave and stripe the median. Southbound Route 101 will have a new striping configuration, where traffic would be moved towards the median k-rail. Michelle Roberts reports.
