Caltrans Suspends Bay Bridge Repair Project

A Bay Bridge project caused gridlock during the Friday commute. New steel plates had people hitting the breaks on the other side of the bridge, near the Fremont Street exit. NBC Bay Area’s Christie Smith reports from San Francisco along the Embarcadero with new details on that project.
