Caltrans Unveil Permanent Fix for Bay Bridge Bolt Problem

In March it was discovered that about a third of the bolts on the new span of the Bay Bridge had snapped during inspections. Caltrans on Wednesday unveiled a permanent fix. Cheryl Hurd reports.
