Car Thefts Up in San Leandro This Summer

It has been a busy summer for car thieves in the East Bay, specifically San Leandro. Police said car thefts skyrocketed this summer, and while things have slowed down a little bit in August, the number of thefts is still astronomical. NBC Bay Area’s Jodi Hernandez reports from San Leandro with an explanation.
