Carjacking in San Rafael May be Tied to Escaped Inmate

A carjacking may be tied to an escaped inmate from San Quentin state prison. Surveillance video from a Home Depot in San Rafael shows a man carjacking an SUV, now a manhunt is underway for the inmate. Jean Elle reports.
