Caught on Cam: San Jose Cars Set on Fire

A San Jose homeowner has surveillance video showing what appears to be a man in a hoodie lighting some liquid and setting a fire under his car window wiper, which he shared with NBC Bay Area on Monday, hoping that the suspect will be caught. Kris Sanchez reports.
