Child Injured by Broken Glass in I-80 Shooting in Richmond: CHP

The California Highway Patrol is investigating a shooting that occurred on Interstate 80 in Richmond late Monday that injured three victims, including a 2-year-old boy who was riding in the family car. The family was not the intended target, according to CHP. Stephanie Chuang reports.
