Cigarette Sparks Neighborhood Fire in Antioch, Neighbors Arrested

A fire in the East Bay started with a man flicking a cigarette into dry weeds, destroying his neighbor’s home, and ended with the discovery of a nearby marijuana grow operation, fire officials said. Marianne Favro reports.
