Civil Rights Groups Question Minority Contracts in Building 49ers Stadium

A coalition of civil rights groups are raising concerns about the number minority owned contractors used to build the new 49er football stadium in Santa Clara. The city says minorities were not excluded from the bidding process. Cheryl Hurd reports.
