Contra Costa County Halts Inmate Administrative Court Fees

Under presssure from inmate advocates, Contra Costa County has approved a temporary moratorium on certain administrative court fees such as those related to fingerprints, drug tests, ankle monitoring and booking. Jodi Hernandez reports.
