Covered California Health Insurance in Effect

The new Covered California health insurance program is now in effect for 400,000 people state-wide. But signing up and selecting a plan was trouble for some. So much so, that some are wondering if they have health insurance this morning-or not. NBC Bay Area’s Bob Redell reports.
