Crash, Fuel Spill Snarls NB I-680 Traffic Over Sunol Grade

Two lanes of northbound Interstate 680 have reopened near Fremont on Monday morning after a collision between two big-rigs led to a fuel leak of more than 3,800 gallons of gasoline, according to the California Highway Patrol. Roz Plater reports.
