Dentist Sues Asiana Airlines Over Loss of Practice Following SFO Crash

It’s been more than four years since the deadly Asiana Airlines crash at San Francisco International Airport. And now the only unresolved passenger claim against the airline is heading to trial. Dr. Kyung Rha sued the airlines, claiming she can no longer work as a dentist. According to the lawsuit, she is unable to grasp the tools needed to perform her job. The airline is challenging the severity of the injuries. The trial, which begins Friday, is only to determine damages since Asiana has admitted liability for the crash. All other claims by the 307 people on board the aircraft have settled out of court.
