Department of Justice to Unveil Probe Into Mario Woods Shooting in San Francisco

The Department of Justice is set to unveil a probe into San Francisco police practices after the deadly shooting of Mario Woods. The DOJ has already opened a similar civil rights investigation in Chicago after police fatally shot Laquan McDonald. Stephanie Chuang reports.
