Deputies To The Rescue

On April 6, 2012 Alameda County Deputy Sheriffs Tony Whittle and Sandra Williams were taking prisoners from the Santa Rite Jail in Dublin to court in Oakland and back again. It was an uneventful shift, that is until Williams heard a pop, and Whittle looked in his side-view mirrors.
