District Changes HS Football Kickoff Times After Shooting

After a shooting last week outside of a packed high school football game in Richmond that left three teens wounded and hundreds running for cover, the West Contra Costa Unified School District shifted junior varsity games from Fridays to 5 p.m. Thursdays and varsity kickoffs up to 5 p.m. Fridays.
