DNA Links Former Supervisor to New Criminal Case

The Santa Clara County District Attorney charged a disgraced former county supervisor with a new allegation Wednesday, using the politician’s DNA to link him to false impersonation during a San Jose city council race in 2010. Kim Tere reports
