Dog Dies at San Mateo PetSmart While in Care of Groomer

A dog taken to a San Mateo PetSmart store died Sunday while in the care of a groomer, and San Mateo police arrested the groomer on suspicion of animal cruelty, according to police and the Peninsula Humane Society. Robert Handa reports.
