Driver Crashes Into Electrical Poles in Hayward, Leaves Woman, Child Behind: CHP

A driver in a high-speed chase in Hayward crashed into two electrical poles, taking out power for the neighborhood, before he took off and ran away, leaving behind a woman and a child in his car, according to the CHP. Stephanie Chuang reports.
