Driver in '17 San Pablo Crash Sentenced to 135 Years

He’s been called one of the most extreme DUI offenders and is heading to prison for the rest of his life. Fred Lowe was sentenced to 135 years in prison for the deadly DUI crash that killed four members of the same family, including two boys. Jodi Hernandez reports.
