Driver Who Fatally Hit Pedestrian in SF Chinatown Arrested

A San Francisco man is under arrest on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter after a woman was hit and killed trying to cross the street. It happened in busy Chinatown near the Stockton Street Tunnel.
